[TRIP] Grand Indonesia - Anugrah Pewarta Foto Indonesia 2015

Hi!

Jalan Jalan Kota hari ini dipersembahkan kepada Grand Indonesia :)

HAHAHA.

Tujuan kesini adalah, melihat pameran foto jurnalistik! Entah kenapa suka banget liat foto-foto jurnalistik. Walaupun, terkadang gue selalu melewatkan kesempatan untuk bisa moto momen yang menarik di sekitar. Pameran Foto Jurnalistik yang dipersembahkan oleh Antara dan diikuti oleh fotojurnalis dari berbagai kantor berita ini diadakan setiap setahun sekali dan sudah 2 kali di Grand Indonesia. Cuma pindah tempat doang. Setiap tahun, ada aja yang menarik perhatian dan unik. Sebagiannya akan gue post disini (foto-foto yang menurut gue menarik dan 'kok dapet sih' momen). 

Menurut gue, justru foto essai tahun lalu lebih menarik dibanding sekarang. Mungkin diambil dari perspektif/tema berbeda kali ya? Karena, gue bukan jurnalis sungguhan, hanya main-main jadi, kurang paham ;) Tapi, mau tahun lalu mau tahun sekarang, selalu menarik buat gue lihat foto-fotonya.

Nah, buat orang-orang luar kota yang mau ke Grand Indonesia pake Transjakarta, bisa melewati jalur ini :)

Tapi, maaf yah, gue pake rute dari Jakarta Barat.

1. Em,, yang dari arah Jakarta Barat, kalian harus transit dulu ke Halte Harmoni. (Gue agak kurang paham kalo dari Jakarta Pusat, Selatan, or Timur) yang pasti, kalian harus turun di Halte Tosari, karena Halte Bundaran HI nya sudah ditutup akibat proyek MRT Jakarta.

2. Dari Halte Harmoni, kalian harus pindah ke koridor Blok M dan turun di Halte Tosari.

3. Dari Halte Tosari, turun jembatan Transjakarta, dan jalan kakilah sampai menemui pemandangan seperti ini. Intinya sih, jalan terus aja lewatin Indosurya Plaza, Grand Indonesia ada di seberang gedung tersebut.

4. Kemudian, menyeberanglah, masuk ke dalam gedung BCA.

5. Masuk, belok kanan, jalan terus sampai lorong terakhir, ada lift? Yes. Kalian naik ke lantai 3.

6. Sudah deh, ketemu Gramedia? Yes. Kalian masuk dan keluar dari pintu Gramedia yang lain :)

[EVENT REPORT] Indonesia Fashion Week 2015

Hi!

Indonesia Fashion Week 2015 start from February 26th - March 1st 2015. And held at Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Centre from Hall A-B (stage1-2). With 32 fashion shows, 747 brands exhibitions, and 2522 outfits gather around at JCC. Woah, it's huge. I'm so fascinated with this event since I really interested in become one of their volunteers. But, because of there's so much dilemma to handle, I'm gonna put it down first. Then, my senior out of nowhere asked me to join him attend the party with free invitation from his friend which is Mr. Hartono Hosea, Indonesia's Nikon Ambassador. Oh I'm so grateful I finally have the chance to snap a little bit there. So, yes!

Probably, I've to go in weekend too, cause I want to snap IFW street style by fashion bloggers. But, I got it at Thursday, so there's not so many interesting style to snap. Hope that the next Fashion Week I'll be able to watch them. So here it is, some of my first attempt in fashion stage photography.

Sorry, it has to be Audrey Chaerunnisa. Not Teguh :'( my bad.

[EVENT REPORT] TAEYANG-RISE WORLD TOUR 2015

Hi!

Bertepatan dengan Hari Kasih Sayang, pada Sabtu, 14 Februari 2015, Taeyang, salah satu anggota boyband Korea Bigbang, menggelar rangkaian tur dunia nya di Jakarta yang di promotori oleh Synergism Ent. Siapa yang tidak mau melewatkan momen indah di hari Valentine bersama idolanya? Salah satu momen Hari Kasih Sayang yang tidak terlupakan bagi para penggemarnya.

Taeyang membawakan lagu-lagunya dengan enerjik dan sepenuh hati, tidak lupa melemparkan senyum, diikuti dengan sorakan para pengunjung yang didominasi oleh para wanita ini.

Dia juga sempat beberapa kali menyapa para fans nya dengan bahasa Indonesia. "Apa kabar, Jakarta?" begitu katanya.

Taeyang menyanyikan lagu-lagu di album barunya dan single antara lain, Rise, Eyes Nose Lips, 1am, Let go, Ringa Linga, Stay with me, Body, This ain't it, Love you to death, Break it down, I need a girl, Wedding Dress, Good boy, dkk. Dengan encore, Bad boy, Fantastic Baby, Ringa Linga, Body, This ain't it.

Serangkaian acara konser ini juga disuguhi dengan doorprize yang dipilih sendiri oleh Taeyang dan encore hampir 10 lagu setelah para fans bersorak "Dong Young Bae"-nama asli dari Taeyang. Di akhir acara, Taeyang juga sempat membicarakan tentang comeback nya bersama Bigbang, sontak para fans langsung bersorak kegirangan mendengar kabar ini. Mengingat sudah hampir 1 tahun lebih mereka vakum dan masing-masing personilnya mengadakan tur dunia. 

Untuk semakin menarik perhatian para fans, tidak lupa promotor dan sponsor memberikan 2 macam coklat di pintu keluar. 

Jadi, siapkah kita melihat Bigbang lagi beberapa tahun ke depan?

*Saya benar-benar merasa di berkati, diajak teman saya nonton bersama tanpa harus mengeluarkan uang yang banyak untuk duduk di bangku VIP. Walaupun bias saya bukan Taeyang, tetapi ini merupakan momen yang tidak akan saya lupakan. Saya benar-benar menikmati konsernya yang penuh dengan energi. 

*Saya tidak berani membawa kamera ke dalam venue, walaupun saya bisa saja mengumpatnya di dalam tas, tetapi tidak mau menerima resiko bahwa harus dititipkan di satpam. Jadi, dengan smartphone yang tidak berbekal auto focus tersebut, saya foto seadanya saja. Untuk melihat foto-foto yg lebih bagus, mungkin bisa liat di Google atau portal berita Korea seperti koreanwaveina, dreamersradio, atau Facebook resmi Bigbang yang selalu mengupload foto official.

[EVENT REPORT] Journalism Extended at Bentara Budaya Jakarta - KOMPAS

Hi!

Being a journalist is so much fun, of course if you love travelling to a place you've never been before. But, not as simple as that, you have to love writing, do extreme actions and make friends easily. The last reason, hmm.. kinda not suitable for me. Let's not talk about it.

Okay, so umm I attended the Journalism Extended by Kompas MuDA at Bentara Budaya Jakarta. Which is wrapped in a discussion atmosphere. We mostly talked about the modern journalism-infographics from the book "Indonesia Dalam Infografik" and visuals from "UNPUBLISHED".

The discussion is so much fun, sharing times, Q&A's, and coffee breaks. They really well-prepared for this. The room is so homey with lots of cute cushions everywhere. Then, in my 'starving-mood'-raging uncontrollably for having a dinner, all of a sudden something attracted me. WHAT IS IT? A visitation to the Kompas' Editorial Office. WOOHOO! I love creative cubicles, condusive environment where everyone is quietly do their jobs, 'click-click' sound and whatsoever.

AND HOW TO GET THERE:

Like I always do, I took Transjakarta to Bentara Budaya Jakarta that actually behind Kompas Gramedia Office Tower-Palmerah. What a huge block. There are 3 offices of Kompas there.

APTB-TRANSJAKARTA-KALIDERES CIKARANG

From Kalideres to Slipi Petamburan (cost : IDR 5000)

Then, you have to cross the street with their overpass, took the 'mikrolet' 09/11 I forgot sorry to Kompas Gramedia Office.

You need to exit from their postern (a back entrance), then you walk along the sidewalk till you find another building, turn left (not the alley), and you'll find Bentara Budaya Jakarta, which is across that building. Or you can ask the security.

TRANSJAKARTA USUAL BUS

You need a route from Kalideres-Harmoni, then transit at Grogol 2, use the overpass to Grogol 1. Take a bus that route to Slipi Petamburan. (cost : IDR 3500).

One Fine Day

Hi!

Maybe this is the happiest thing to done a take home assignment. Hahahah.
Cause I find sometimes it's boring to do a job all alone in your room. I kinda like going somewhere,
or just chillin out even if I have to done some of my assignments.

Then, out of nowhere, my mate asked to do it outside the base camp which is her house.
And we ended up at Baywalk Mall. Gosh! It's pretty :) I love the ocean view here. Also there's
a famous BDuck Gigantic Statue, but sorry I can't snap it due to it's not the right time to visit it.
Errgh.

Exactly the three of us, choose a nice atmosphere at food lounge, reserved the 8 capacity table and
started to messing it up! HAHAHAH :D It's really quiet and no one bother. So, we spent almost 3
hours there.
