YES! Finally my disposable camera films all developed at Rawa Lab & it took about 1 week. Well, maybe they got a lot of waiting lists. It turned out a bit blurry, i don't know if it's the film or.... ?
I used the kit film (Fujicolor Superia ISO 400) from the dispose cam, cause when I found my dad's old vintage cam, they sold the battery pretty much expensive, so I ddn't decide to take it with me. Cause I already spent too much on this journey ;P
This is my first time using a camera film, without live view, without preview button. Oh man, it's hard to cooped up. And I'm sorry if the picture doesn't worth your eyes to see ;) , I'm putting a lot of effort to it, but I also thought I ddn't take good picts tho. Hiks. Maybe, I'll try some time later with the vintage cam.
Hello! It’s finally near the end of the year again. It’s
been such a year for me.
There’re so many things happened, achieved yet unfinished
goals and dreams. Gain and loss. Remain the same in soul, no major change, I
guessed. But must Thank God for all the joys and sadness He had brought. It
shaped us. Oh, such a typical opening of a year end blogpost, huh? But, who
cares.
I already listed all the achievements this year on my
journal book. And YEAH list all those impossible resolutions while hoping it’s
still make sense for God to grant it. I setup my 2017 planner also, can’t wait
to fill it with lovely moments and I’ve made a decision to capture every great
moments through my phone and make it a monthly album, so that I can review it
later. And write every unforgettable event on my calendar.
So what’s your plan for next year? List all of them, before
you missed it.
Much love from me J and have a merry new year. May happiness surround your days <3
Yesterday, I went to the Coarse & Fine grand opening day 1 with my lil sis. It's located at Ruko Alam Sutera Renata. It's a bit difficult to find this place because it was not the one which facing the main road. So, we asked the security.
Well, because it's the grand opening and day 1, it was crowded with their acquaintances, fellow friends and so on. They also threw a thanksgiving event, latte art competition and brewing competition. It's pretty hectic and we thought we should go there on day 2. Okay, beside that, I love how this cafe being renovated, big cool windows which can be pulled up, wooden stairs, wooden floor, marmer tables, walls, and all those fine coffee making equipments. I also spotted some funko pops there ;). It's on 1st floor. Oh I forgot to mention nice outdoor room as a smoking area.
On 2nd floor, the concept is like a living room. Also, big windows (which this time can't be pulled up), a mini (how you called it? I can't get an idea) exhibition? Display? Showcase? (you named it), and a lavatory.
For the menu price, for me.... it was a bit overpriced, and I guessed it's because of their high standards equipments, and yes high quality coffee and raw materials, they took our orders with a tab, also the fine decors. But that's for me, I don't know if anyone of you thought it was okay with the price. But I may say, their baristas gave us good hospitability tho. They were clean, neat, in uniforms, friendly and served us well.
I'm sorry I can't shot my orders properly, because we didn't get a table and we decided to enjoy the meal on smoking area. ((Well, I don't smoke FYI)
May success be with you always, Coarse & Fine.

Hello guys! I'm so excited to share this with you all.
As you know, that me & my sisters had a trip to Bali on 29-31st July back then. And today I might not give you bunch of photos from our 3 days, but I give you a video diary! Nope, it's not a vlog I promised, it's more like travel diary. And I will give you some my tips & tricks for low budget travel to Bali. I don't say that this tips are the best one, because it's all based on my experience that I'm willing to let you guys know. Without further do, let's go!
1. Tickets
Well, we got a pretty expensive tickets tho. Round trip for about 1,6million.
I suggest you to book a ticket 1 year before ;)
2. Transportation
Use UBER, yes Bali has UBER too :) For near places such as you're about to going from Kuta to Seminyak. But if you decide to go to a long ride places (beaches to beaches or different areas - Kuta Tanah Lot), you better rent a car or use taxi - because there's a part of Bali that UBER doesn't allowed to operate (Tanah Lot, Seminyak, Uluwatu, Sanur). And then, you can explore the area with your own two feet! Because we do :) And it cost less money. Really!
3. Accomodation
Better you guys stay at a 2/3 stars hotels or rooms (such as airy rooms/NIDA rooms) that already had an online review, we stayed at Maria Hotel. It was pretty nice. The pool is clean & clear, breakfast was good, clean & bright room tho the AC is broken, it still give us the chill in the morning. The most important one, was the bathroom also clean! We paid about 400 thousands rupiahs for 3 days 2 nights (1 room) + extra bed 1 night (100 thousands rupiahs).
Or if you such an amazing traveler that will go to many places, you better have book different places based on where you will go the next day. So you can save more money.
*P.s : for anyone of you that decided to stay at a 1/2/3 stars hotel or hostels, PLEASE make sure that:
1. Your bed is free from bugs or insects or any other creepy crawlies by open up the bed covers.
2. Your toilet's flush, shower, and sink are functioning well
3. Your under bed is free from whatever that fright you out (like dogs? or stray cats? or whatever)
4. Check the bathroom roof, is it cracked open? Or your bathroom windows, can someone peek in?
5. Your backyard or your window room
6. Your surrounded neighborhood
(Well, you may said that I'm like a freak or insecure one, but trust me, those are important and it's awful if there's anything happened. You may add some more to your checklists ;) )
4. What to Eat
For this trip, we are all ready to spent more on foods and desserts. So, all I can suggest you is eat at 'warung' for cheaper but delicious foods. My friends took me to Warung Sari Manis at Renon near Sanur and yes I could guarantee you that it's sucha comfortable place, clean, delicious foods and we are all full! Thanks Putri, Modest, and Mito :)
5. Plan your Visit
This is the number one case you guys must have in mind before you travel everywhere.
Bali has so many objects and sites to see. To minimize time and cost, you need to plan where areas you wanna go first. Keep it one track, so you're not wasting your time on the rides. Example :
a. Tanjung Benoa - Nusa Dua - Uluwatu
b. Kuta - Legian - Seminyak
c. Bedugul - Sangeh - Ubud
But, the best suggestion I could give you is ask your trusted travel agent or your local friend or local rent car driver and having a Google research first :)
That's all guys! And don't forget to watch my travel diary! Love you.
I (to be honest, my lil sis) found this nitrogen Ice Cream cafe over internet and we decided to take a taste. Its location near Kemang and its named LIN Ice Cream. LIN stands for Liquid Nitrogen. As you guys might know because this is a hype ice cream topics nowadays, YES, you're right, it made from liquid to ice cream using that nitrogen liquid (geez, too complicated). And it was good. The taste are good, I swear. Or because this is my first time? Never mind.
It's located at Kemang (instead of giving you the address, lemme give you the direction) across Pop Hotel Kemang, behind Tamani Cafe and it's such a tricky place. LIN is between Sinsa cafe & Lost&Found cafe (if I'm not mistaken about the lost&found) its logo is deep blue and black (so it's a bit hard to notice, since Sinsa is yellow). The atmosphere is so playful and childish, with tidbits everywhere, they used my favorite cartoon artist, Lim Heng Swee or you called ilovedoodle on Instagram and some other figures. With a style of rustic and wood combined interiors, LIN feels so warm and cozy. They had outdoor too with little garden and unique table & chair.
They also sell coffee, and liquor if you need. This place is well organized, clean and cool. Love love love! Just go grab your feet here if you already feel too hot outside ;)
